What weight should I choose?

We recommend that you choose an Iced 2.0 blanket that is 10% of your body weight or 10% of your and your partner's combined weight. If you feel like you'd like to have more weight on you, feel free to upgrade to the next weight!

Care:

All covers are easily removable and machine washable. Simply unzip them, put them in a washer with cold water and air dry for best results. And if air-drying isn't an option, don't worry: try tumble-drying on low heat. Best of all, the naturally antibacterial fabric keeps odors and bacteria out, so it stays clean longer. Plus, it won't wrinkle, distort or become softer with each wash.

As for the weighted inner insert, it doesn't need to be cleaned as often as the cover, but it is still cleanable! We recommend washing it by hand, then hanging it up to dry.
